• Travel data: hotel of stay, flight number, arrival/departure dates (when necessary to coordinate the service).

• Minor guest data: name and age of minors included in the group, solely for the purpose of calculating rates and ensuring their safety on board.

• Photographs and video: audiovisual content captured on board during the experience (see Section 4).

2. Purpose of Use of Information

The personal data collected will be used exclusively to:

• Process reservations, quotes, and payments.

• Verify the identity of the Charterer and their group for security and legal compliance purposes.

• Issue invoices and tax receipts upon request.

• Coordinate service logistics (transportation, scheduling, special requirements).

• Comply with legal, tax, immigration, or port authority obligations applicable in Mexico.

• Send confirmations, reminders, and communications related to the reservation.

• Improve the quality of our service and, if authorized by the Client, send future promotions.

Payment information, identification documents, and passports: This information is requested solely for verification, security, payment processing, and compliance with legal or port authority requirements. Epic Escapes Yacht does not sell, rent, or share this information with unauthorized third parties, and it is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes or as required by applicable law.

3. Data Protection and Safeguarding

Epic Escapes Yacht implements reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect our clients' personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to this information is limited to authorized personnel who require it to perform their duties (reservations, administration, crew, and billing).

Epic Escapes Yacht is not responsible for the misuse of information resulting from the Client's own negligence, such as sharing their payment details with third parties, nor for events of force majeure beyond our control (external cyberattacks, failures by third-party payment providers, etc.).

4. Authorization to Use Photographs and Video

By boarding any of our vessels, the Client acknowledges and authorizes that:

• Epic Escapes Yacht crew and/or its photography and video team may take photographs and video footage during the course of the tour or experience.

• Epic Escapes Yacht is authorized to use such material (photos and videos in which the Client, their companions, or the group appear) for promotional and marketing purposes across social media, website, advertising materials, and other Company marketing channels, with no compensation owed to the Client.

• Any Client who does not wish to appear in promotional photographs or video must notify the crew or the photography team in writing before or during the start of the tour, so that appropriate measures can be taken.

• Epic Escapes Yacht commits to using such content respectfully and professionally, for no purpose other than the legitimate promotion of its services.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

Epic Escapes Yacht may share certain information with third parties only when strictly necessary to provide the service, such as:

• Payment processors (e.g., banking platforms or online payment providers).

• Port, immigration, or security authorities, when required by law.

• Providers directly involved in the experience (e.g., chef, photographer, contracted ground transportation).

Under no circumstances will our clients' personal information be sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for purposes other than those described here.

6. Client Rights
